Gelacy Town is located on the bank of Wenyu River outside the fifth ring road in the northeast of Beijing. The town is built near the water, with superior geographical location and beautiful ecological environment. The old river bay, a branch of Wenyu River, surrounds the town, winding for 3 kilometers, with a water area of 240,000 square meters. Grass Town is one of the few projects with natural rivers in Beijing villa area.



The house type in this case is the lower layer of the double-jointed villa, with two floors above the ground and two floors underground. The B1 including a video room and a gym, which equipped with a bathroom and a water bar. The B2 is a garage, equipped with a bathroom and a car washer.


The whole basement has two floors and adopts standard vortex with double pumps. There is a reserved equipment room on the B2 that the machine can directly installed there. The sewage from the B1 is collected into the equipment room on the B2, and then lifted up and discharged from the equipment. One machine solves the water problem of the two floors of the basement.
