Windsor Peninsula Villa is located in the center of Thames Town, Songjiang New Town. You can even walk to the Thames Central Business District. The northeast of the project is adjacent to the central lake of Thames Town. The interior of the community is penetrated by a landscape ecological river. About 70% of the buildings in the community are facing water. The project takes the British style and features as the theme, and shows the British life in its original taste.



The house design of the project follows the principle of large scale and large space, with a single set of 332㎡ to 550㎡. Each household has a sunlit basement with an area of 164㎡ to 244 ㎡. The basement is directly connected to the sunken garden.

In this case, the basement is equipped with a bathroom and a recreational water bar. A standard vortex single pump is adopted, with a large diameter and efficient sewage discharge. One machine is used to solve the drainage.




The sunken garden is connected to the intelligent rainwater drainage system, and the rainwater is collected around the garden first and then collected into the equipment pit in the southwest corner. There is an ornamental fish pond in the courtyard, and the regular water change in the pond is also connected to the rainwater system.
